Spyhorus is a Shopify store and product monitoring platform. You can monitor and analyze the sales of a particular product or analyze which product is being sold the most by your competitor, all in real time! It is a very important tool for product validation.

We have three types of plans:

How to monitor products?

For product monitoring, coins are used.

If you have the Adminer, you can get the product directly from there and deploy it on SpyHorus or you can manually register the product through its link in the Shopify store. Depending on the amount of monitoring time, an amount in coins will be spent. To monitor one day, one coin is spent. For three days, three coins.

| Use coins when your store monitoring is complete. For example, an Agent plan user can monitor 35 stores and has 35 coins to use. If he is already monitoring 35 stores and does not want to pause any of them, and at the same time he wants to monitor a product that is not in any of them, he can use the coins for that.

After monitoring, you can view sales, billing and estimated marketing information.

To add a product, just select "new" on the left tab of the screen:

Then just choose between pulling a product via Adminer or via the Shopify link:

Accepted Answer

The Expert plan allows you to:

Monitor 100 simultaneous stores;
Receive 100 coins per month;
Smart notices about product status;
30 days past history (if possible).

It is available in both monthly and quarterly payment versions:

Monthly: BRL 289per month;
Quarterly: BRL 693.6 every three months.

| All quarterly plans have 20% discount included in invoices.

How do SpyHorus coins work?

If you set the store to monitor, you will have sales data for all products in that store. This will not affect your coin count.

But if you already have all your store "slots" occupied and want to monitor a specific product, you can use the coins for that.

Each monitoring day is charged 1 coin per product. Example: if you want to monitor a certain product for 3 days, 3 coins will be charged.

Question 5

I placed a product/store to monitor today, but sales from the last few days do not appear. Why does it happen?

Accepted Answer

When placing a product under monitoring, you will obtain information about sales only from the beginning of monitoring, therefore, past sales are not marked.

If the store has already been monitored, you will receive a 30-day monitoring history.

Payment methods

Accepted Answer

Here at Spyhorus we only accept credit cards as a form of payment.

The accepted brands are: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Network, Diners Club and JCB.

Payments are available in monthly and quarterly payment methods. The values for each plan are:

Basic Plan:

Monthly: R$69;
Quarterly: R$165.60 (total);

Agent Plan:

Monthly: R$149
Quarterly: R$357.60 (total);

Expert Plan:

Monthly: R$289;
Quarterly: R$693.60 (total);
